Assistance with Estate Administration

My primary area of work is estate administration. I handle cases related to property division, particularly in connection with separation and divorce, including residence and visitation disputes.

Additionally, I can provide advice on wills, prenuptial agreements, enduring powers of attorney, and assist in legal proceedings, including probate cases.

I can also help with the buying and selling of real estate, including project transactions.

Personal

I am married and have two adult children. In my free time, I spend time with family and friends. I enjoy exploring nature through cycling and walks. Additionally, I appreciate vacations in our vacation home and abroad.
