About Karsten

In general

I am the department manager for our property administration department, where I lead a team of 10 employees.

I work with the administration of co-operative housing associations, owners' associations, landowners' associations and farm guilds as well as the letting of residential and commercial properties, including taking care of the overall operation of the properties.

As manager of the property administration, I am also the external face. This means that I participate in many general meetings, board meetings, budget meetings and other customer meetings.   

Our customers are distributed all over Zealand, however with most in the Holbæk area, northern Zealand and in and around Copenhagen.  

 

Access to work

I am results-oriented and always passionate about providing good customer service.

We are currently working in the department to digitize the customer experience and give customers the opportunity to be mobile. We are also working on automating the work processes.

 

Second and previous employment

I joined Advodan Holbaek Copenhagen on 1 March 2021 and have experience with me from another property management company. I am educated in banking and have worked at Nordea for a number of years.
In addition, I have worked with software development in the past.

For me, the most important thing is to deal with customers in a proper, thorough and fast way, always with the customer's needs as a benchmark for success.
