Attorney Jens Gottlieb is a partner and head of the business / corporate team in Helsingør (Elsinore). Jens is also head of international relations in Helsingør (Elsinore).

Jens has a law degree from the University of Copenhagen in 1999 and he has been with Advodan since 2000. He became partner in 2008.

Jens has extensive practical experience and expertise in advising clients in doing business in Denmark with primary focus on small and medium sized businesses. He has assisted and been in charge of numerous company acquisitions including cross-border transactions, and he advises clients in a broad range of corporate law, M&A and general business matters.

In addition, Jens has extensive practical experience within commercial contracts, contractors, lease contracts, real estate, employment law, IP, arbitration and restructuring, insolvency / bankruptcy matters.

Jens is a member of The Danish Bar and Law Society. Further Jens is a member of Advodan’s Corporate and M&A Committee.

Jens is also a member of the Bank Council of Nordea Bank and an active member of several local and regional business councils.

Further, Jens was in 2012 appointed as Honorary Consul of Norway.
