I am a lawyer at Advodan Aalborg and have been a partner since 1994. My primary focus is on real estate and related matters – this includes estate administration, homeowner associations, legal proceedings, transfers, taxation, cadastral matters, and foundations. In these areas, I have accumulated extensive knowledge, allowing me to provide professional advice and insights.

Child Abduction, Parental Authority, and Residence

Since 2014, I have been listed among the attorneys available for cases involving child abduction. This has provided me with fundamental knowledge of international family law, and I handle numerous cases concerning parental authority, residence, and visitation. Cases involving out-of-home placement are also part of my professional interests.

Teaching, etc.

I have previously taught at Aalborg University, covering subjects such as international private law, insolvency law, and real estate. From 1994 to 2006, I was a member of the North Jutland County Council, and from 2006 to 2009, I served on the regional council for Region Nordjylland. This experience has equipped me with insights into planning, valuation, health insurance, and soil contamination. I have also been a member of the Tax Appeals Board in Aalborg, and since 2010, I have volunteered for the Consumer Council's Debt Advisory Service. Additionally, I am the chairman of the Homeowners' Association Grønhøj Nord and the association of Holiday Homeowners' Associations in Jammerbugt Municipality, as well as a consumer-elected member of Jammerbugt Forsyning A/S. This provides me with a comprehensive understanding of the holiday home market – particularly in the Jammerbugt area.

I have had the right of audience for the Supreme Court since 1994. My years of experience in the courts mean that I always strive to find a solution that does not involve legal proceedings. However, court cases may be necessary!
