I provide guidance on the need for creating documents that secure one's interests in cases of illness, death, and divorce.

Divorce Cases

Additionally, I offer advice in separation/divorce cases, addressing matters such as alimony and the division of marital property. I assist both in cases seeking resolution outside of court and those that proceed to court.

I am also appointed by the District Court in Næstved as a mediator in property division cases brought before the court.

Child-related Cases

Furthermore, I advise and assist in cases concerning parental responsibilities, including issues related to custody, residence, and visitation. I provide support in both the Family Court and court settings.

I also represent clients in cases of forced placements and matters brought before the Youth Criminal Justice Board.

Network and Local Involvement

Residing in Copenhagen/Præstø, I am actively engaged in local board activities. I serve as the chair of the school board for Præstø Private School and as a board member at Bosei Sports Academy.
