I am the head of the real estate department at Advodan Glostrup Copenhagen, where I provide specialist-level advice to municipalities, businesses, organizations, housing associations, and private clients, primarily in the areas of buying/selling, project development, construction, and tenancy law. Over the past 15 years, I have been involved in cases encompassing all significant legal aspects of real estate.

Expert in Real Estate and Public Law I have advised numerous municipalities on municipal land development for many years and have assisted in over 50 public tenders of properties and large plots. My experience includes development and project agreements, expropriation, road law, and the planning and legal frameworks within which public authorities operate.

I am experienced in complex ownership structures for real estate, rights of way, environmental law, as well as niche issues and challenges related to land registration. I also assist private developers with project development. Additionally, I have experience with most forms of joint ownership of real estate. I have established co-operative housing associations, condominium associations, and homeowners' associations, as well as yard associations, and I continuously advise on legal matters related to housing associations. This includes advising not only the approximately 70 housing associations our office manages but also external clients. I have many years of experience as a chairman at larger general meetings.

I adopt a solution-oriented approach to complex real estate matters and litigate primarily in property and tenancy disputes.
