In general

Today, I am solely engaged in conflict mediation and board work. I am a trained mediator - and in that capacity, appointed as a mediator in the jurisdiction at the Court of Appeal of Eastern Denmark.

I hold board positions in several commercial companies and foundations, where I serve as a close advisor and sparring partner in both strategic and day-to-day operations.

Approach to work

I am results-oriented - diligently striving to find the best commercial and sustainable solutions in any situation - while maintaining connection with all the human aspects inherent in any problem.

Other and past employment

Previously, I have worked as a lawyer and head of department in the legal department of what is now Dansk Erhverv, and later as a department head at Civiløkonomernes Hus.

In 1996, I chose to become a self-employed lawyer in Holbæk, which has always been my local area.

From 2004 to 2022, I was a partner at ADVODAN Holbæk Copenhagen, serving as Managing Partner for 7 years. On January 1, 2023, I chose to withdraw from the partnership to focus solely on conflict mediation and board work, albeit in a shared office space with ADVODAN.
