I primarily advise small and medium-sized businesses on everyday legal matters related to business. I specialize in providing guidance on construction law, contract drafting, employment law, buying and selling of businesses, corporate structures and forms, tenancy law, and marketing law.

For me, advising businesses goes beyond achieving a legally correct outcome. It is fundamentally about finding the best solution for the client, considering the interplay between legal aspects and the client's commercial and financial situation.

In addition to general legal advice, I have extensive experience in board work and am frequently called upon to preside over general meetings in various associations and companies.

I became a lawyer and gained the right to appear before the High Court in 2015.
