About Trine

I am attorney, partner, and responsible for personnel matters at Advodan Aalborg, and I have been part of the company since 2015.

My primary areas of expertise are employment law and HR legal matters, including GDPR, immigration law, personal injury compensation and estate administration.

Additionally, I assist in parental responsibility cases – in matters regarding residence, visitation, and parental authority, providing support from the initial stages at the Family Court to the conclusion of a case in court.

Many years of experience in HR law and employment law

Throughout my career, I have acquired extensive knowledge of general HR, administration, and management. With a total of 18 years of experience, both from work in professional organizations and as a personnel lawyer in the public sector, I am a competent sparring partner and can provide advice on employment contracts, terminations, customer and competition clauses, holiday legislation, anti-discrimination legislation, and trade secret laws, among others.

My extensive experience in HR enables us at Advodan Aalborg to serve as your HR department. Here, we can handle all administrative and legal tasks. You can read more about our comprehensive service as your HR department on our Problemfri HR page.

In 2018, I was appointed by the Minister of Employment as a member of the Equal Treatment Board, where decisions are made in cases of discrimination, including those related to disability and age.

Immigration law

I am also heavily involved in immigration law, including family reunification, residence permits, permanent residence permits, citizenship, visas, and withdrawal cases in connection with divorce. In my experience, it is important to contact a lawyer as early as possible in immigration cases, as each decision in the process can have crucial implications, such as the possibility of obtaining a residence permit or family reunification.

I am happy to share my knowledge on the subject, and below you can find more articles on immigration law.

In 2021, I was nominated by the Danish Bar and Law Society as a member of the Danish Immigration Appeals Board, where decisions are made on cases decided by the Danish Immigration Service and the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration.

Personal injury compensation

I provide advice in compensation cases and assist with complaints to, for example, the Danish Patient Compensation Association. If you have been affected by an injury or its consequences, you may be entitled to compensation. However, there are many rules to consider, and even small missteps can have crucial implications for your right to compensation.

I advise my clients focusing on their specific situation, helping you navigate the many rules and thereby increasing your chances of obtaining compensation.

Additionally, I am a member of the Association of Compensation Lawyers.

Personal

I live in Nibe. My free time is spent with family and friends, and I have a special connection to Italy, where my partner is from. On the sports side, I am a dedicated runner, constantly striving to improve my personal records.
